Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the learning and development strategy aligned with business goals
Lead, mentor, and manage a small team of Learning Specialists
Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning programs
Required Qualifications
5+ years in Learning & Development, preferably in a remote BPO environment
Proven experience managing a team of learning professionals
Expertise in online learning platforms and LMS usage
Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
