Run education and adoption campaigns for platform partners and their users
Required Qualifications
Multiple years of experience in a B2B customer/partner success role, ideally with platforms or benefits-related products
Experience in creating and executing scalable strategies and driving growth initiatives
Comfortable with API-led products and capable of communicating their value to clients
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to read and interpret data to drive strategic decisions
Ability to anticipate customer needs and act as a trusted advisor to high-impact platform partners
