A company is looking for a Manager, Client Service Support. Key Responsibilities Serve as the strategic point of contact for day-to-day client communication and issue escalation Manage the client account reconciliation process and oversee the Client Services issue monitoring process Handle complex issues related to client audits and distribute relevant reports and information Required Qualifications At least 5 years of overall professional experience High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred Solid knowledge of revenue cycle Proficient with Microsoft Office products Knowledge of and experience with various patient accounting systems
