Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive revenue growth strategies aligned with company goals and market trends
Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, optimizing processes and driving performance excellence
Lead customer acquisition and retention efforts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
Required Qualifications
At least 15 years of experience in executive sales and revenue leadership roles, preferably in SaaS or healthcare
Proven track record of driving revenue growth with experience managing revenue streams of $100 million or more
Strong understanding of the post-acute care market and related software solutions
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a collaborative environment
