Health Customer Success Manager
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Health).
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer onboarding and manage relationships for strategic healthcare partners
Develop and execute strategies in collaboration with sales and cross-functional partners to drive partner success
Serve as a subject matter expert, educating stakeholders on health-focused offerings and creating partner-facing materials
Required Qualifications
5+ years in Customer Success, Consulting, or a relevant field, with healthcare experience preferred
Experience managing a book of business with strategic Enterprise customers
Strong project and program management skills
Ability to communicate effectively and train partners on Enterprise products
Experience in the grocery, e-commerce, operations, or healthcare sectors is preferred
