A company is looking for a Capernaum Coordinator to lead and develop ministry programs for teens with disabilities. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement spiritual and leadership growth plans for volunteers and participants Manage resource development efforts, including fundraising and public relations Engage in direct ministry activities, including leading clubs and camps for youth with disabilities Required Qualifications, Training, and Education College degree preferred A vital, growing relationship with Jesus Christ Proven leadership and relational skills with both kids with disabilities and adults Must have completed Core Training Phase One Desire and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
