Health Insurance Backoffice Agent

A company is looking for a Backoffice Agent (Sachbearbeiter Krankenkassen) for remote and flexible work. Key Responsibilities Process incoming customer prescriptions and orders, preparing and uploading data into the CRM system Create and manage customer orders from initiation to shipping and invoicing Collaborate with the sales team and ensure compliance with service levels and KPIs Required Qualifications and Education Good knowledge of the German health insurance system and reimbursement processes At least 3 years of experience in back-office processes, particularly in healthcare Experience with CRM and ERP systems; Salesforce and SAP are preferred Proficiency in MS Office applications Bilingualism in German and English is advantageous
