Help Desk Support Analyst
A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Learn technical skills required to resolve customer support cases/requests
Gain an understanding of various product and service datasets, codebases, and business purposes
Learn compliance standards and leverage documentation related to products and services
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Systems, or engineering fields, or equivalent experience
2 years of relevant experience in Software support or Helpdesk Support
Minimum 1 year of experience with Microsoft SQL Stack (T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS)
Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Snowflake is a plus
