Key Responsibilities
Provides support for software, hardware, security, and network issues via multiple customer contact channels
Manages incoming customer support requests, ensuring adherence to service metric guidelines
Coordinates with Technology team members to resolve issues based on severity and priority
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
1 year of experience in Information Technology
Knowledge of personal computer and network troubleshooting
Ability to work well in a team environment and be self-motivated
Effectively manages multiple and changing priorities
