Help Desk Support Specialist
A company is looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist to assist members with technical difficulties related to their mobile app or website.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support to members experiencing technical issues with registration, password resets, and navigation
Guide members through troubleshooting processes and escalate issues to the engineering team as needed
Assist with high call volumes and maintain a distraction-free work environment
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED equivalent
1 year of experience in a help desk environment preferred
1 year of experience in a virtual call center
Experience handling a high volume of calls or help tickets (100+/day)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 360 applications and telephonic software
