Helpdesk Coordinator
A company is looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator/Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee the Legal Information Helpdesk, providing legal information and resources to TGNC individuals
Maintain and update an internal legal information database and draft responses to common legal inquiries
Recruit, train, and supervise Helpdesk volunteers and manage the Helpdesk team
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years' relevant experience
Familiarity with legal issues affecting transgender communities
Understanding of intersecting oppressions and a commitment to social justice
Experience working with diverse populations and backgrounds
Experience with databases and a strong initiative
