Training Supervisor
A company is looking for a Supervisor - Training to manage the onboarding process for a Veteran's healthcare call center project.
Key Responsibilities
Manage staff mentoring, coaching, and performance evaluations
Develop and conduct training programs and ensure compliance with regulations
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of three years of experience in training or staff leadership in a call center setting
Proven experience in training, onboarding, or instructional design
Strong background in curriculum development and training program design
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel for tracking and analyzing training metrics
