A company is looking for an HR Data Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze HR data to report on key metrics and trends
Develop and deliver strategic HR reports and dashboards aligned with business requirements
Provide training on analytical techniques and act as a consultant for HR Business Partners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Psychology, Statistics, Business Analytics)
Four years of experience in a business analyst or HR functional role (or two years with a Master's degree)
Expertise in building reports and performing advanced analyses using multiple data sources
Advanced Excel skills and experience with statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS)
Experience with Business Intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
