HR Generalist - Benefits Administration
A company is looking for an HR Generalist - LOA and Benefits (Total Rewards).
Key Responsibilities
Oversee administration of benefits and total rewards programs, including Open Enrollment and LOA
Provide support for compliance with state and federal regulations and manage employee inquiries
Conduct audits of HR data and assist with performance review cycles and compensation adjustments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist functions, including Leave Management
Proven experience managing leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, STD, etc.)
Hands-on experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, UKG, Paycom)
Proficiency in Google Suite, particularly with Sheets and automation
