A company is looking for a Release Manager II to oversee the end-to-end release lifecycle for software applications and services. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage detailed release plans, schedules, and timelines while coordinating with cross-functional teams Define and maintain best practices for release management, ensuring compliance with organizational standards Manage deployment processes and facilitate post-release validation and feedback for continuous improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 4+ years of experience in project management, release management, or related roles Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies Proficiency in management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Smartsheet, or Monday Excellent analytical and coordination skills
