HR Generalist - Connecticut
A company is looking for an HR Generalist (Retail) to support employee investigations in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and manage employee investigations, handling up to 15 cases simultaneously
Conduct thorough fact-finding and gather necessary documentation for investigations
Work closely with HR leadership to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
Qualifications:
Previous HR Generalist experience, with a focus on employee investigations, preferably in the retail or similar industry
Ability to manage multiple investigations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with remote work tools and HR systems
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing situations and work independently
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
