Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a best-in-class Employee Value Proposition and annual total rewards strategy
Enhance employee experience through engagement surveys, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with personnel actions
Required Qualifications and Education
Strong knowledge of Total Rewards, payroll processing, and employee benefits
5 years of experience in Total Rewards or Compensation and Benefits
5 years of HRIS experience
2 years of experience directly supervising staff
High school degree or equivalent; B.S. in HR or related field preferred
