HR Operations Analyst
A company is looking for an HR Operations Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR systems and databases
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries and support HR programs and initiatives
Lead the onboarding process and manage related administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 3+ years of experience in HR, HR Operations, or related role
Experience with Workday or other HRIS systems
Solid understanding of HR and employment laws
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google tools, especially Excel and Word
