HR Process Innovation Architect
A company is looking for an HR Process Innovation Architect (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Interface between functional users and technical resources to gather and communicate requirements
Analyze HR data to identify trends and develop optimization strategies for business processes
Lead projects aimed at optimizing HR systems and coordinate testing for technology implementations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field
5+ years of experience in Human Resources, IT, or related functions
2+ years of experience in corporate program management or technology project leadership
2+ years of experience in Workday or similar cloud-based HR software
Certification in a recognized continuous improvement methodology preferred
