HR Process Innovation Architect
A company is looking for an HR Process Innovation Architect (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Interface between functional users and technical resources to gather and communicate requirements
Analyze HR data to identify trends and develop optimization strategies for business processes
Lead projects aimed at optimizing HR systems and coordinate testing for technology implementations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Human Resources, IT, or related fields
2+ years of experience in corporate program management or technology project leadership
2+ years of experience with Workday or similar cloud-based HR software
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
Certification in continuous improvement methodologies preferred
