Ontario Licensed Customer Service Rep
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to guests.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver friendly and efficient service through inbound calls, chats, and emails
Identify, research, and resolve customer issues to ensure satisfaction
Build and nurture relationships with guests and travel partners
Required Qualifications
Availability to work overtime and flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
TICO certification required within the first 60 days of employment
Proactive in keeping up with product updates and training
Desire to grow within the contact center and potentially move to sales
Must be customer service oriented and tech-savvy
