A company is looking for a Manager, HRIS & Benefits. Key Responsibilities Establish and evaluate benefits strategy to ensure cost-effectiveness and competitiveness Oversee compliance with labor and employment regulations while managing HRIS platform security and data management Direct the annual open enrollment process and provide guidance on benefit policies to managers Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent required 10+ years of experience in HRIS and benefits management SPHR or CCP certification preferred Extensive knowledge of HR regulatory requirements and company benefit policies Strong project management and organizational skills
