Human Capital Assistant
A company is looking for a Human Capital Assistant (Transactions Processing) to support personnel actions and records management.
Key Responsibilities
Process personnel actions and manage onboarding and offboarding of employees
Provide administrative support for new employee orientation and maintain recruitment files
Ensure compliance with HR documentation and resolve inquiries related to HR processes
Required Qualifications
Minimum of two years relevant full-time experience within the last five years
High School Diploma or GED required
Knowledge of coding and processing personnel actions, including Standard Form actions
Experience with USA Staffing onboarding modules and National Finance Center's EmpowHR system
Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and automated personnel computer systems
