Human Resource Generalist

Key Responsibilities
Source candidates and coordinate interviews for various roles, providing support for mid- to senior-level recruiting as needed
Manage leave requests and serve as the primary liaison between the company and the leave management vendor
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in an HR support role, or equivalent education and experience
Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and candidate selection
Knowledge of FMLA, state-specific leave programs, and relevant employment laws
Experience with HRIS and/or ATS; Workday experience preferred
Solid understanding of compliance requirements and employment regulations
