A company is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities Interact with customers to ensure invoice accuracy and resolve billing discrepancies Provide input on policies and procedures for managing the premium billing function Educate customers on invoice and payment processes, and monitor outstanding balances Required Qualifications High School Diploma / GED Must be 18 years of age or older Familiarity with computers and the ability to learn new systems Ability to train onsite for the first 2 days Flexibility to work any shift during normal business hours of 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM CST, Monday - Friday
