Key Responsibilities Support the Nursing Leadership team with training and data interpretation for the Nurse Manager Program Oversee coordination and oversight of training and educational offerings for Nursing Leadership programs Lead member networking calls and workgroups related to Nursing Leadership and coordinate member communication strategies Qualifications Registered Nurse with a BS degree required; advanced degree preferred 7 or more years of experience required, preferably in a clinical setting Experience as a nurse manager in an acute care nursing unit Experience working with adult learners and organizational design Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills
