A company is looking for a Senior Psychotherapist (LCSW) to join their team of clinicians remotely in Illinois. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide individual, micro, and group therapy services Maintain timely and accurate session notes and participate in clinical team supervision and training Required Qualifications Must hold an active and unrestricted state license to practice independently Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as required Uphold HIPAA and confidentiality laws at all times Strong desire to work with diverse populations, including the LGBTQ+ community Fluency in a second language or American Sign Language (ASL) is a plus
