Key Responsibilities Proactively plan and execute comprehensive user research while maintaining transparency with stakeholders Utilize a variety of research methods to gather insights, including interviews, surveys, and usability studies Foster stakeholder relationships to unify existing research efforts and insights across the customer journey Required Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years in professional research roles, preferably in the manufacturing or PLM domain Proficient in mixed-method research models (qualitative and quantitative) Strategic thinker with the ability to recommend and apply effective research methodologies
