Indiana Licensed Transaction Manager
A company is looking for a Transaction Manager to manage corporate real estate transaction activities for a defined portfolio. Key Responsibilities Identifies, negotiates, and implements real estate transaction strategies aligned with client objectives Prepares market surveys, proposals, and negotiates term sheets/LOIs while coordinating field broker engagement Monitors lease expirations, manages lease/purchase acquisitions, and tracks all transaction activity Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from a four-year reputable college or university, preferably in finance, accounting, operations, communications, or economics Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate real estate lease management or transaction management Experience working with corporate clients or occupiers of real estate is strongly desired Indiana real estate license is required Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret financial analysis templates
