Key Responsibilities
Own and recommend training strategy design and approaches tailored to specific project goals
Develop interactive content and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables
Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to support training initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 5+ years of instructional design experience, focusing on systems or technical training development
7+ years of experience in developing high-quality, complex content
Bachelor's degree required; a focus in Business, Adult Learning, or Instructional Design is preferred
Proficiency in various content delivery methods, including ILT, vILT, eLearning, and microlearning
Strong relationship-building skills to support large training projects
