A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to create educational materials that enhance customer success. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams to identify educational content needs Create engaging, scalable training materials and self-paced courses Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and design measurable learning assessments Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field, preferably in a SaaS environment Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects Experience with e-authoring tools and Learning Management Systems Certification in instructional design or related discipline Experience in Customer Success or Customer Education is preferred
