Key Responsibilities Ensure the Integrated Customer Service team meets deliverables through coaching and mentoring Manage escalations and provide final support for the ICS team and customers Monitor staff performance, conduct quality assurance activities, and guide professional development Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in customer service and/or data entry Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Strong organizational skills with a resourceful and energetic approach Ability to work flexible hours and in a fast-paced team environment Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
