Key Responsibilities Support customers with daily activities such as lab certification and product migrations Engineer solutions for advanced customer applications across Tier 1 networks Serve as the expert technical contact for advanced technical issues and manage customer requests Required Qualifications BSEE or similar Technical Degree; or relevant work experience 8+ years of telecommunications industry experience Knowledge of Data Networking, Carrier Ethernet, IP/MPLS, and related technologies Familiarity with automation tools and next-gen management interfaces Strong PC and Unix skills, including knowledge of software programming and scripting
