IT End-User Support Specialist
A company is looking for an IT End-User Support Specialist to provide technical support and customer service to users.
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite and remote IT support for desktop, peripheral, and audio-visual systems
Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets related to desktop and application issues
Assist with hardware purchasing, inventory tracking, and IT documentation maintenance
Required Qualifications
Experience troubleshooting desktop hardware and software issues in an enterprise environment
Familiarity with Active Directory concepts for user account management
Experience with IT ticketing systems and asset management
Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently without assistance
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration is preferred
