Key Responsibilities
Design and implement enablement programs for technical product knowledge and sales skills
Create and maintain training materials and sales tools for pre-sales engineers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate product updates and market insights into enablement programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in sales engineering or technical sales enablement within an identity technology company
Deep understanding of the pre-sales engineering role and technology sales cycle
Proven track record of developing successful sales enablement programs
Experience with sales enablement tools and learning management systems
