Key Responsibilities Manage financial operations related to invoice processing and vendor coordination Oversee the creation and maintenance of invoice and payment trackers Assist with month-end close activities and prepare bi-weekly financial reports Required Qualifications Experience with financial operations and invoice management Proficiency in using Agiloft or similar contract management systems Knowledge of General Ledger (GL) processes and accruals Familiarity with data analysis and spreadsheet modeling Ability to coordinate with vendors and support forecasting activities
