IT Help Desk Manager
A company is looking for an IT Help Desk Manager to oversee the Help Desk team and manage client communication and project management. Key Responsibilities Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of help desk tickets Manage internal and external project plans and tasks Create and maintain documentation for internal processes and client communication Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree strongly preferred 6+ years of relevant IT experience 3+ years of help desk lead/manager experience Comprehensive knowledge of IT best practices and processes Strong technical background with experience in Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, and Active Directory
