A company is looking for an IT Helpdesk Technician to support technology operations in a healthcare IT environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage IT support requests and troubleshoot Level 1 and Level 2 technical issues Provide remote support for users and assist with Microsoft 365 applications Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for users, including access management Required Qualifications: 2-5 years of IT helpdesk or desktop support experience Experience with remote support tools Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams and Outlook Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and basic networking concepts Ability to manage multiple tickets and prioritize tasks effectively
