Key Responsibilities
Lead people management activities, including setting expectations, coaching, and team morale
Oversee compliance with policies and procedures while promoting governance and maintaining relationships across the organization
Manage budget and project activities, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic goals
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred
10 years of IT work experience, including 5 years in project management
Experience in managing customer relationships and deploying large-scale technology solutions
Knowledge of software development processes and current technologies
Experience with ServiceNow tooling, maintenance, and administration
