IT Support Service Desk Representative
A company is looking for a Service Desk Representative to provide technical support and customer service for various technologies within the health system.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for a range of devices and software, including desktops, laptops, and integrated medical devices
Safeguard organizational security by adhering to established procedures and performing in-depth troubleshooting of technical issues
Guide and support new hires and Service Desk Associates while contributing to the knowledgebase and continuous improvement efforts
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology or related field is preferred
Two or more years of experience in Service Desk, Help Desk, or IT Support roles
At least one year of customer service experience is required
Preferred experience with ServiceNow, Windows OS, Epic EMR, and troubleshooting hardware
