IT User Services Specialist
A company is looking for a User Services Specialist to provide end user support for technical and application issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for various IT systems including workstations, applications, and A/V equipment
Create and manage user accounts and perform Office 365 and network administration
Open and track service requests, create knowledge base articles, and assist in IT Asset Management
Required Qualifications
A minimum of two years of experience in a related role
Experience with Office 365 Administration and Active Directory
Familiarity with networking concepts and mobile device management
Knowledge of Windows OS, MAC OS, iOS, and Android
Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
