A company is looking for a Healthcare ServiceNow Product Manager ITIL - Senior Service Management Product Manager (Remote). Key Responsibilities Translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements and manage changes to requirements Maintain the feature roadmap for the service management platform and ensure optimal use by stakeholders Develop service management strategies and identify opportunities for improvement against industry best practices Required Qualifications 8 years of experience working with ServiceNow or a similar platform Bachelor's degree in a related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience Solid understanding of Information Technology Service Management practices ITIL Foundation certification required or to be completed within one year of hire Scrum Master certification required or to be completed within one year of hire
