A company is looking for a Jumbo Underwriter to validate income, asset, and collateral documents. Key Responsibilities Evaluate loan applications for risks and compliance with investor requirements Calculate qualifying income and analyze various financial documents Manage individual pipeline and communicate with loan originators and other stakeholders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience DE, SAR or LAPP certifications, highly preferred 3+ years' experience with Jumbo products and Non-Agency loans Experience with reviewing residential appraisals and compliance requirements Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
