A company is looking for a Jr Application Service Desk Analyst. Key Responsibilities Provide support for Tier 1 and Tier 2 incidents involving Salesforce and serve as an escalation point for common issues Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve escalated incidents Engage with customers through the ticketing system, providing information and processing requests related to mission systems and applications Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a call center environment providing customer/user service and end-user support for applications Active U.S. Citizenship and the ability to maintain an active Department of Defense SECRET clearance Ability to quickly learn complex business applications Experience using a Help Desk ticketing system such as Salesforce Ability to research problems and analyze trends
