Junior Support Engineer
A company is looking for a Junior Support Engineer to provide technical support and resolve operational issues for internal users and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to and troubleshoot issues reported by monitoring systems or users
Maintain and update documentation for processes, systems, and troubleshooting steps
Communicate effectively with development teams, operations staff, and clients to resolve operational challenges
Required Qualifications:
Basic understanding of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux) and software applications
Familiarity with SQL, PowerShell, or Python is a plus
1-2 years' experience in a technical support role or relevant educational background preferred
Exposure to scripting or automation tools is beneficial
Basic understanding of network protocols and security practices
