Key Responsibilities Document patient data and compose treatment plan letters to payers Develop relationships with physicians, clinics, and patients to enhance patient care Advocate for patients regarding coverage-related concerns and facilitate treatment request resolutions Required Qualifications Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of residence 3+ years of experience in clinical appeals and grievances 2+ years of clinical experience in infusion therapy (Ig therapy and/or Biologics) Solid experience in autoimmune, primary immune, and/or inflammatory diseases Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Point
