A company is looking for a Senior Director, Identity and Access Management. Key Responsibilities Lead the IAM function and collaborate with senior leaders to enhance the organization's IAM program Develop and implement a comprehensive IAM roadmap, focusing on identity governance and access management Design and implement robust IAM solutions for secure access to systems and data, both on-premises and in the cloud Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year program (experience may substitute for education) 12+ years of relevant work experience, with 5-7 years in identity and access management Extensive experience with IAM concepts such as role-based access control (RBAC) and privileged access management (PAM) Practical experience securing identity and access in cloud environments Deep understanding of IAM frameworks and standards, including SOC II, HIPAA, and NIST
