Kentucky Customer Service Representative
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative (Remote). Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer support tickets and resolve issues related to existing orders Manage high-volume phone calls and assist customers with placing new orders online Document issues and perform other job-related duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required; 1-3 years of customer support or call center experience Technology driven with experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and phone systems Document manipulation experience Ability to transcribe information and investigate issues Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
