Kentucky Licensed Patient Services Representative
A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative to provide customer service and support to patients and healthcare staff.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and register patient appointments, process various communication requests, and update patient information
Assist with first contact resolution by addressing patient inquiries and directing them to appropriate resources
Maintain professionalism and quality assurance while handling a high volume of incoming calls and communications
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Experience with computer systems, including web-based applications
Preferred: Experience in a patient-focused healthcare environment
Preferred: 1 year of experience in a high-volume multichannel contact center
