Kentucky Licensed Process Improvement Professional
A company is looking for a Senior Process Improvement Professional who will analyze and improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and measure the effectiveness of existing business processes to recommend improvements
Research best practices to establish benchmark data and support process re-engineering
Influence departmental strategy and make decisions on complex issues related to project components
Required Qualifications
Must meet one of the following: Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field with 1 year of case management experience, or a Bachelor's degree in Nursing with 1 year of case management experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in re-engineering process improvements, including root cause analysis
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
Experience writing new process initiatives with proven results
Strong presentation skills using PowerPoint
