A company is looking for a Large Loss Bodily Injury Adjuster. Key Responsibilities Performs file reviews for complex projects or litigation cases, analyzes data, and reports findings Reviews cases to determine appropriateness of Closed Without Payment (CWP) based on gross tort value exposure Supports the Field with discretionary referrals on complex coverage issues and collaborates with Home Office Claim litigation as needed Required Qualifications Experience in handling serious bodily injury claims Preferred litigation claims experience Ability to manage claims in bad faith jurisdictions with high exposure limits Preferred candidates to reside in EST or CST time zones
