Key Responsibilities
Guide partner candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle, ensuring a high-touch experience
Collaborate with Growth and Integration Team Leadership to execute strategic recruiting priorities
Represent the firm to candidates and search firms, acting as an ambassador for the organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts or Science or equivalent work experience preferred
Minimum of 5 years' experience in recruiting, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment
Experience with applicant tracking systems and virtual meeting platforms preferred
Demonstrated organization and time-management skills
Willingness to work beyond standard hours for urgent projects
